Our client has an exciting opportunity available for an organized, efficient and dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk. The successful candidate will be working in a supportive company culture and will report directly to the Finance Manager.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Raise receipts for all monies received
-
Perform daily banking functions
-
Manage electronic finds
-
Attend to dishonoured financial transactions
-
Liaise with credit officer
-
Raise refunds and respond to written or verbal requests
To be considered for this position, you will have;

A thorough understanding of basic Accounting principles
-
Extensive Accounts Receivable experience
-
Strong credit control and account analysis ability
-
An ability to work autonomously
-
The ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
-
Impeccable attention to detail
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Immaculate organisation ability
-
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
-
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
