Our client has an exciting opportunity available for an organized, efficient and dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk. The successful candidate will be working in a supportive company culture and will report directly to the Finance Manager.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Raise receipts for all monies received

  • Perform daily banking functions

  • Manage electronic finds

  • Attend to dishonoured financial transactions

  • Liaise with credit officer

  • Raise refunds and respond to written or verbal requests

To be considered for this position, you will have;

  • A thorough understanding of basic Accounting principles

  • Extensive Accounts Receivable experience

  • Strong credit control and account analysis ability

  • An ability to work autonomously

  • The ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Immaculate organisation ability

  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills

  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
