Located in South Auckland, our client seeks a Payroll Administrator with a positive and outgoing attitude as well as outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
Helping with the payroll process for allocated clients
Helping pay employees on a weekly payroll basis
Accurate and timely processing of the payroll and EFT’s, from correct and approved documentation
Ensuring all employee pay details are accurate and up to date
Preparation of long service leave, terminations and other payroll related payments and returns
Processing of leave payments
Understanding current legislative information
Responding to pay enquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Filing and data entry
You will be a team player who loves getting in and getting the job done. You must be results oriented and client focused with strong analytical problem solving skills.
